What is Full Spectrum CBC Oil (Cannabichromene)
Full Spectrum CBC Oil suspended in an Organic MCT Oil base. 3 Potencies available.
CBC (Cannabichromene) was discoverd over 50 years ago, and is one of several cannabinoids that are commonly researched for Wellness Support.
CBC comes from CBGA (Cannabigerol) – which then becomes CBCA, THCA, and CBDA. The CBCA becomes CBC through natural light, time and/or heat just like its sister cannabinoids.
Is Full Spectrum CBC Oil psychoactive?
CBC is not psychoactive. CBC will not make you feel high in the same way that THC does. This is due to the fact that CBC interfaces with different cannabinoid receptors than THC. TRPV1 and TRPA1 are easily activated by CBC while CB1 is known to readily uptake THC.
Full Spectrum – A word about the entourage effect
The interaction between cannabinoids as they exist in the hemp plant are numerous. CBD is great as an isolate, but can be absorbed more completely with the presence of even a small amount (less than 0 of THC. There are literally hundreds of examples of interactions between synergistic cannabinoids.
This is why CBC Hemp Extract at any dosage are part of a Full Spectrum of cannabinoids present in the product, rather than an isolated compound mixed with a carrier oil. While isolates can be very useful, we also find great success in using Full Spectrum Hemp Oils because of the Entourage Effect.
